基于oretelTM6000系列HES(氢化弹性聚苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物改性而来的膨胀型低烟无卤阻燃热塑性弹性体(或称热塑性橡胶)材料,可采用传统的热塑性材料加工设备加工成型;在-45~+105℃的场合,无论户外或室内均可长期使用;并具有优异的抗撕裂、良好的耐磨和一定的耐油性能以及轻质的优点,产品可用于电动汽车充电桩及符合TUV_2PfG.1908、CGC1103-2014标准的拖曳与移动电缆的绝缘层和护套层。
The styrene- type hydrogenated block copolymer TPE modified based on OretelTM6000 series HES, which could adopt traditional processing equipment for thermoplastic material.could be long-term used indoor & outdoor under the temperature range of -45-105T:with excellent performance of thermal deformation resistance, tear resistance and good abrasion resistance & oil resistance as well as the feature of being lighter, this material could be used as the insulation layer or sheath layer for EV charging cables or others which often be dragged or moved in accordance with TUV-2PIG.1908, CQC1103-2014
